SEABOUND

This is the new wallhanging I put up today. The fishing boat material is called seabound and I have always loved it. Sarah, my daughter, came to qld a couple of years ago and we made my son,Simon, a quillo with this fabric, with some reds and blues. It was my 1st quillo, just a stack and slash 7 fat quarter one, but it turned out great. Here in Boyne Island we have just had our annual fishing comp, The Boyne Island Hookup, the biggest fishing comp in Australia, and I thought the fishing theme quilt was fitting for the occasion.
