Beside the Log Fire

This is a quilo I made for another Lady I work with. Her name is Helen and she just celebrated her 6oth birthday. I loved the way this one turned out, I will have to make myself a log cabin quilt! Sorry there there are two photos, after uploading them, I couldn't delete one! See the little pussy cat on the bottom? She is a real cat lover so I couldn't resist!

Hi Gail - just had a laugh at your comment on Sarahs blog. I wasn't there to hand the little parcels to your mum in person so I think the wires may have got crossed a little - lol ! I have loads more of those fabrics if you want some. Thanks for getting in touch - very exciting xx

Hi Andrea,no cat fight! Yet...Only joking, like to stir Sarah up a bit, that girl gets so spoilt by her quilting friends! But she knows that, and really, she spoils them too! Maybe she will take pity on her poor old mum, and make her something. Mum like Teals and Browns! Gail

Hey Kerry, good point! I forgot to say that this Log Cabin was made with the Lovely "Oak Leaves and Reels fabric", from Moda. Even the pillow fabric, which is a great cheater fabric.
